Tier One Training specializes in preparing athletes of all ages for optimum athletic fitness by focusing on 3 core aspects:

Physical
Through personal, group, or team training, we've designed workouts that will take athletes to the next level.  Whether that level is little league sports, high school athletics, intercollegiate competition, or competitive recreation, we streamline our approach to give athletes physically sustainable competitive advantage. We focus on building speed, strength, and agility by implementing the following approaches:

- Plyometric Exercises
- Dynamic Stretching
- CrossFit Training
- USA Football Training Certified Techniques
- Little League Baseball Association Certified Drills
- University of Illinois Winter Baseball Speed and Strength Drills

Mental
Tier One Training focuses on teaching the fundamentals of athletics so individuals understand how to solve problems on the field.  Some of these principles such as critical reasoning and comprehension can be used off the field.
